Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. In my work as a therapist, I provide individual therapy for clients ages 12 and up, focusing on emotional wellness, personal growth, and everyday life challenges.

My approach integrates art therapy, family systems, and narrative therapy, creating a flexible process that meets each person where they are. Sessions often explore patterns of behavior, relationships, and identity to build insight and practical tools for change.

 Areas of focus include:

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Stress management and coping skills

  • Building confidence, identity, and self-awareness

  • Strengthening communication and life skills

Therapy is available to residents of Georgia through telehealth sessions. My goal is to help each client move toward greater balance, confidence, and connection—both within themselves and in their relationships.

Parent coaching offers a collaborative and practical space to strengthen your understanding of your child and your role as a parent. Sessions are designed to help you move from frustration to clarity—learning what your child needs, how to respond effectively, and how to nurture connection even in challenging moments.

These sessions are educational and growth-oriented, not therapy, and do not include diagnosis or treatment. They are most appropriate for parents who want to better understand their child or teen and may focus on a specific concern—such as ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, or high sensitivity—or on patterns within the family system, such as communication challenges or power struggles.

Parent coaching may also include a “Kid Consult”, where I meet briefly with your child (usually ages 8 and up) to gather perspective and strengthen collaboration, or joint family sessions involving both parents and children together. Coaching can also complement ongoing therapy by providing additional guidance and tools for parents seeking support alongside their child’s treatment.

Helping teens and young adults prepare emotionally and practically for life’s next chapter.

This program is designed for high school juniors and seniors, as well as students taking a gap year, who want to feel more confident and prepared for the social and emotional changes that come with launching into young adult life.

Over the course of several sessions, we focus on developing goals, building self-care routines, strengthening executive functioning, and increasing emotional readiness for independence. Sessions also explore how to maintain healthy communication between parents and young adults during this transition.

While beneficial for all students, this program can be especially helpful for those navigating anxiety, stress, mood regulation challenges, ADHD, dyslexia or other learning differences, or simply discomfort with change.

Teen and Young Adult Coaching

Being a teen or young adult today can feel overwhelming. The world is fast-changing and uncertain, and this stage of life brings enormous pressure to find your path, build confidence, and balance independence with support.

These coaching sessions are designed for teens and young adults (typically up to age 30) who want to strengthen self-awareness, manage stress and anxiety, improve executive functioning, and develop confidence and life skills. Together, we focus on understanding emotions, building social connections, and identifying the tools that promote well-being and balance.

My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate your challenges, and discover your internal compass—the sense of direction that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

1 time parenting consult: What should we do?

Sometimes it’s hard to know what kind of support your child or family needs. These one-time consultation sessions are designed to help parents clarify next steps—whether that means starting individual therapy, engaging in parent coaching, seeking a medical evaluation, or how to seek other supportive resources.

During the session, we’ll discuss your child’s background, current challenges, and your family’s goals. Together, we’ll outline potential action steps that feel both manageable and meaningful. After the meeting, you’ll receive a written summary and recommendations to help guide your next decisions. These sessions are not necessarily about working with me- but about helping you make a big picture plan and find the right supports.

Professional consultation provides a collaborative space to gain new insight, expand your creative interventions, and learn art-based tools that deepen your clinical or educational work.

Drawing on over 18 years of experience, and having provided clinical supervision and to both art therapists and counselors, I bring a practical and creative lens to complex cases and systemic challenges. Together, we’ll explore strategies, techniques, and perspectives to help you feel more confident and inspired in your work.

These sessions are designed to be flexible and supportive—whether you’re seeking a one-time consultation, ongoing clinical support, or guidance in integrating art-based and family-focused practices into your work.
